    You can make a great clay from cinnamon and applesauce! The ornaments smell wonderful and the brown color makes great gingerbread men with cookie cutters. I make a garland of gingerbread men and stars. It looks very country and natural.

    Do a search for salt dough recipes.
    You can make all sorts of decorations. Just be sure to seal them well with varnish.
