This bell is recommended for any who collects silver ornanments. I started last year with the 2008 Reed and Barton annual dated christmas bell and want to collect one every year following the first Christmas with my wife. We bought our bell at Macys on sale after christrmas. It was normally 29 dollars new, but we got it at 50% off to come to $14.50. If you want to wait and see if the bell goes on sale buy it somewhere else, but it wasn’t much cheaper and we found the very last one.
