1) In MI, we have a Christmas superstore called Bronners. They have almost every ornament you could imagine, plus some.
2) For a boy- T-shirt or some video games
For a girl- Makeup or clothes
3) Try Elf bowling. My personal favorite from the series is the most recent, Hawaiian Vacation. It’s in 3d with powerups, very cool.
4) I could only find trees with snow already on them, they’re about $150.
